How we hold
your information.

A plain statement of what we collect, why, and how to ask us to stop.

Who we are.

Kingdom Ambassadors Centre is a UK registered charity. Our registered office is Unit 12, 1 Downs Road · Parkhaus · London E5 8QJ. For any data question, write to privacy@kacuk.org.

What we collect, and why.

Visiting the site. We log standard server information (IP address, browser, page viewed, time) for security and to understand which pages are useful. This data is held for 90 days and never sold.

Newsletter. If you sign up to The Letters, we store your name and email with our mail provider so we can send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, and we will remove your record.

Giving. When you give through our donation portal, the portal provider processes your card. We receive your name, address, Gift Aid declaration (if claimed), and amount. We hold these for seven years to satisfy HMRC and Charity Commission rules.

Visiting in person. If you fill in a connect card on a Sunday, we hold your name and contact details so a pastor can be in touch. We will not pass them to anyone else.

Your rights.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold on you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention rules). Write to privacy@kacuk.org. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies.

We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies to remember your preferences (e.g. cookie consent state). We use no advertising cookies. See our cookies notice for the full list.

Complaints.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
